Pacer provides design, customization, prototyping, test and manufacturing services for optoelectronic projects.
All of the following can be incorporated into the development of your product:

We offer customization of components and displays to meet individual requirements when an off-the-shelf solution is not available.
Examples of Pacer projects:
Medical diagnostics: The original discrete solution was causing problems due to very tight LED wavelength tolerances, and Pacer devised a chip-on-board solution using LED batch selection to provide the best achievable consistency. Meeting the ISO 13485 medical device standard was an essential requirement for the project.
Digital motorized fader: The design for this had also started out using discrete components. Pacer suggested a custom encoder assembly, to save on space and cost, and offer higher performance and better consistency over temperature variations – a key requirement. The unit is now in production.
Cold Sore Machine: We advised initially on a narrow waveband infrared light source for this ground-breaking cold sore treatment, and went on to provide a complete box build service to the supplier.
