Returns Policy

No goods may be returned without the Company’s prior consent in writing. Where such consent is given it will include a Returns Authorisation Form together with the shipping method to be used to return the goods. Failure to return this authorisation form or quote the Returns Authorisation number or ship by the stipulated method may result in the return being refused and returned to the Buyer.

For goods returned out of warranty we will inform you of the cost of repairs plus associated shipping costs. We will only proceed with the repairs on receipt of your written authorisation. If we do not receive this authorisation within 14 days goods may be returned to you at your expense.

If we agree to accept a return other than in the event of defective goods, the Buyer may be charged a handling fee.
